Information we process

Notice Haven processes account details, uploaded notices, extracted text, confirmed analysis information, response drafts, usage records, and billing status needed to provide the service. Notices may contain names, addresses, account references, or other information supplied by the person uploading them.

Do not upload information you are not authorized to use. Notice contents, extracted text, and generated letters are excluded from routine logs and product analytics.

Service providers

Configured hosting, private-storage, document-extraction, AI, authentication, and payment providers may process information only to perform their services for Notice Haven. Production launch requires verification of each provider's data-handling and retention settings. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider rather than stored by Notice Haven.

Retention and deletion

Free-plan original uploads and extracted notice text are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Notice Haven Pro data remains while the subscription is active and then enters a visible 30-day grace period. Account and transaction records may be retained when reasonably required for security, billing, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

You may request immediate deletion of notice data regardless of plan. Deletion removes the private upload and dependent notice records, subject to limited backup or legal-retention constraints disclosed at launch.

Security and choices

Notice Haven uses private storage, access controls, short-lived links, and purpose-limited processing. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Contact information and operator request procedures must be added before public launch.
